Laboratoria+: Career Growth Platform for Women Leaders in Latin America
After a decade training thousands of women for tech jobs, Laboratoria saw its graduates stall on the way to leadership: in engineering and product, only 52 women are promoted to management for every 100 men. The organization needed a digital product to accompany women beyond their first job — one place to learn, find mentors and build a network, sustainable through memberships.
After a decade training thousands of women for tech jobs, Laboratoria saw its graduates stall on the way to leadership: in engineering and product, only 52 women are promoted to management for every 100 men. The organization needed a digital product to accompany women beyond their first job — one place to learn, find mentors and build a network, sustainable through memberships.
Laboratoria has operated since 2014 in 11 Latin American countries, with a 73% job placement rate among its graduates. Its next challenge was professional growth after placement: women told the team that the path to leadership "tends to be quite solitary". Laboratoria+ was conceived as a community for women at different ages, experience levels and countries, starting in Peru, Mexico, Chile and Colombia.
Kreante built Laboratoria+ in Bubble as a membership web application with three core modules: courses and live learning sessions, career mentoring with 1:1 booking with mentors, and an events area for online and in-person networking. The product supports a free tier and paid Pro and Plus plans on semi-annual or annual billing, along with professional certificates. Kreante also delivered the branding and landing page for the launch.

More than 80 active mentors — founders, CEOs and senior executives from leading Latin American companies — available to members on the platform; launched with three membership tiers and open to women across the region.
