The workshops focus on the department’s repetitive, number-heavy tasks, with an emphasis on checking results: an AI can get a calculation wrong with great confidence.

Almost all your employees have tried ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Some use them every day, others opened one once and never came back. Our corporate AI training starts from that observation. We first assess everyone’s level, then train your teams on their own work, whether accounting, operations or management, with their own files and in the tools they already use. A few months later, the same questions show what has really improved. Our goal, a little paradoxical for an agency: that by the end, you no longer need us.

Does this sound like your company?
AI licences paid for months, but few employees using them
Everyone with their own AI assistant, often opened with a personal account
An online course taken last year, with no visible effect on day-to-day work
Convinced managers, and much more hesitant operational teams
Nobody able to say which AI subscriptions are being paid for, or by which department
Customer documents pasted into ChatGPT without a second thought, or on the contrary, nobody daring to try
In McKinsey’s global survey published in March 2025, more than 80% of respondents say generative AI has not yet had a tangible effect on their company’s operating results[1]. In many cases, the technology is already there. What remains is learning to use it in everyday work.
Take the example of a 133-person company whose teams we assessed. The average level was 2.23 out of 5, but that average hid wide gaps. Managers scored above 3, while operational teams plateaued around 1.4. As for the five executives interviewed, none knew exactly which AI tools were being used in the company, or which ones were being paid for. With levels this different, the same training for everyone would have missed the mark.
The programme is adapted to each company after measuring the level and studying your tasks. These are the topics we cover:
| Module | What your teams learn |
|---|---|
| Working with AI as with a colleague | Understanding what AI tools can do and where they get things wrong, and using them like a colleague whose work you review, far beyond a simple search engine |
| Keeping humans in the loop | Deciding at which steps a person must review, validate or take back control, and at which steps AI can move forward on its own |
| Automating or rethinking a task | Spotting, in your own job, the tasks AI can take on and those better organised differently |
| Role-based workshops | Practising on the company’s real files and processes, with cases specific to finance, operations or management |
| Passing your know-how to an AI agent | Writing down what you know how to do, so that an assistant or AI agent can use it, then checking and improving its results |
| Data and decisions | Knowing which data can be entrusted to an AI model, and which decisions must stay in human hands |
By the end of the training, your employees know how to:
An executive assistant, a management controller and a workshop manager will not use AI the same way. That is why the training changes from one function to another.
The workshops focus on the department’s repetitive, number-heavy tasks, with an emphasis on checking results: an AI can get a calculation wrong with great confidence.
We start from field processes, their steps and their bottlenecks, to identify where AI can lighten the work without disrupting what already works.
Executives learn to use AI for themselves, but also to steer its use in the company: which tools to allow, which rules to set, which results to expect.
Good news: the training your teams were waiting for also ticks a regulatory box! Since 2 February 2025, the European regulation on artificial intelligence has required companies that use AI to ensure their staff have sufficient knowledge of it[2].
Revised in 2026, the text sets an obligation of means[3]. It imposes neither a number of hours nor a qualification, but it expects every company to act, taking into account how each person uses AI. Training designed for each role meets exactly that expectation. And with a level measurement before and after, you also have a concrete record of the actions taken.
A contract pasted into a free tool, a customer file uploaded to “make a summary”, a small internal tool built in an afternoon with AI then shared with the whole team without access control… With AI, risks often come from a harmless gesture made with the best intentions. Attackers, for their part, have fully grasped the value of AI. They use it to write more convincing fraudulent emails and find vulnerabilities faster.
That is why every session of our training devotes time to security:
The data never to entrust to an AI tool, in a few simple rules
The tools allowed in the company, and the reasons for that choice
The checks to carry out before sharing a tool built with AI
The signs that give away a fraud attempt written with AI
We have been designing applications and AI solutions for our clients since 2020. We develop with AI tools ourselves, such as Cursor, Codex or Claude Code, under the supervision of our senior developers. What we teach, we practise in-house first!
The same questions are asked before the training and a few months later. That way you know what has really improved, department by department.
Already paying for Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or another tool? That is the one we train your teams on, so the investment finally pays off. And if you have not chosen yet, we help you do so before the training.
We help you appoint an internal AI lead, with a written mission. They will answer questions, share good practices and evolve usage over time.
The training is available in French, English and Spanish, which helps when your teams are spread across several countries.

We measure your teams’ level, role by role, with the same questionnaire for everyone. This step is free.
We study the real work of each department, task by task, to find where AI can help and where it has no place.
We train your teams on their own processes, in small groups, with content adapted to each function.
We support the appointment of an internal AI lead, with a written mission, so the new practices last.
A few months later, we ask the same questions again, to measure progress and adjust if needed.
Start by measuring your teams’ level. The questionnaire is the same for everyone, it is free, and its results by role give you a solid basis to decide what comes next, with or without us.
It all depends on their starting point and what you expect from AI. The offers rarely look alike: some focus on discovery, others on practice or on long-term support. Here are the main AI training courses offered to companies in France, to help you compare.
| Provider | Training offered | Format and duration | Price | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kreante | AI training and support on the company’s processes, by role, with the level measured before and after | In-company, group sessions and coaching, in French, English or Spanish | Custom quote, level assessment free | Helping each department progress on its own tasks, and measuring the results |
| Cegos | Generative AI awareness, and training in its everyday use | 3 hours for awareness, 1 day for practice | About €450 excl. VAT (3 h) and €990 excl. VAT (1 day) per participant | Training a few employees in the basics, in mixed-company sessions |
| Orsys | Artificial intelligence in the enterprise, in 8 modules | 2 days, mixed-company, in-company or remote | €2,170 excl. VAT per participant | A complete overview of AI and its challenges |
| Laho, the school of the CCI Hauts-de-France | AI principles, generative AI workshops, uses at work, ethics and the AI Act | 2 days | From €1,240 net | A general course, backed by the CCI network |
| Mister IA | IA Booster, IA Performer, executive coaching | 1 day for IA Booster, 5 sessions of 1.5 hours for coaching | From €2,500 excl. VAT (IA Booster) and €5,000 excl. VAT (coaching) | Quickly building teams’ AI culture and training executives |

| Bpifrance Université | AI self-assessment and online training path | About 10 hours, at your own pace | Free | Discovering the basics of AI with no budget |
In the catalogues of the large providers, expect anything from a few hundred euros excl. VAT per participant for a few hours of awareness to more than €2,000 excl. VAT for a two-day course. Custom training, organised for a group within the company, is generally priced on a quote. That is the case at Kreante, and measuring your teams’ level is free.
To be funded by an OPCO (the French skills operators), or by other public or pooled funders, a training course must be delivered by a Qualiopi-certified provider[5]. The CPF (France’s personal training account) only funds certain courses, notably those leading to a certification listed in the RNCP or the Répertoire spécifique[6]. Custom training built for one company therefore falls rather under the skills development plan, funded by the company and, where applicable, its OPCO.
Yes, and they are often a good starting point. The French Ministry of the Economy lists several[4]:
These courses explain the basics well. They do not replace work on your own tools and your own tasks, which is often where everything is decided.
No. The training is for every function, and the initial measurement makes it possible to adapt the content to each person’s level. An employee who has never used AI and another who uses it every day will not follow exactly the same path.
Both. The training sessions are at its heart, but they rest on a level measurement, a study of each department’s real work and the appointment of an internal lead. We work alongside your teams throughout the engagement, then step back once the new practices are in place.
By asking exactly the same questions, to the same people, a few months later. Comparing with the starting point shows what has improved, role by role, and what still needs work. It says far more than a satisfaction survey filled in on the way out of the room, while everyone still has the taste of coffee in their mouth.
The ones they already use, or that you have decided to roll out: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or an assistant developed for your company. The exercises are done directly in these tools, with your own documents, in line with the confidentiality rules set at the start.
Training is only a beginning. For new practices to take hold, three things make the difference:
And if it is management that is not ready yet, that is where to start: without rules or an example set from the top, teams rarely get very far.
When the training reveals tasks that would benefit from automation, we can also help you design those solutions.
For the vast majority of jobs, AI transforms work more than it eliminates it. According to a study by the International Labour Organization published in 2025, one worker in four worldwide holds a job partly exposed to generative AI, a share that reaches about a third of jobs in high-income countries. Its authors conclude that the transformation of jobs is the most likely effect, as most roles rely on tasks that require human input[7]. Training your teams is precisely about preparing them for this change in their roles.
