AI MVP

AI MVP agency: your idea live and tested by your customers in a few weeks

A new service for your customers, an AI tool for your teams, an application you would like to sell… Before devoting a year and a large budget to it, it pays to know whether the idea holds up. At Kreante, we build an MVP with you, a first version that goes straight to the essentials, so you can test it quickly with real users. We rely on our own AI agents, under the control of our senior developers, which saves precious weeks. And we stay by your side to decide, results in hand, what comes next.

The situation

Your idea deserves to be tested before it is budgeted

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • An idea for a new service you have been turning over for months, without ever putting it in front of a single customer

  • A partner, a leadership team or investors who want to see something working before they commit

  • An AI tool you would like to test with one team before rolling it out across the company

  • A prototype built over a weekend with an AI tool, impressive in a demo, much less so in front of real customers

  • A six-month quote for a first version, when you don’t even know yet whether the need exists

  • A promising AI feature, and nobody knows yet how much it will cost to run, or whether it will answer correctly

That is the whole point of the MVP, an approach popularized by Eric Ries in The Lean Startup: build the minimum that is useful, put it in the hands of real customers and learn from their reactions before investing further. AI now makes it possible to move much faster. It does not replace what makes a good MVP, though: a clear question, a tight scope and solid foundations. And the first point is often where we spend the most time with you.

AI MVP: what are we actually talking about?

Behind these three letters lie two quite different projects, and we can support you with either one.

In both cases, the goal stays the same: find out as early as possible whether your product meets a real need.

An MVP built with AI
Your product doesn’t necessarily use AI, but we use it to build faster. Our AI agents write the code, the tests and the documentation, under the control of our senior developers.
An MVP with AI at its core
Your product relies on an AI component, such as an assistant, automatic document analysis or recommendations. The MVP then also serves to check that the AI answers correctly, fast enough and at a sustainable running cost.
Where to start

POC, prototype, MVP… Where to start?

Each stage has its role and its budget. We help you choose the right one:

The question it answersWho tests it?What you get
POCIs it technically feasible? For example, can AI read your documents reliably enough?Your team, on a sample of real dataProof of feasibility, rarely reusable as is
PrototypeDo users understand the product and its journey?A few target users, in interviewsA clickable mockup, with no real tech behind it
MVPDo users really use it, and do they come back?Real customers, in real conditionsA live product, minimal but reliable, that serves as the foundation for what comes next

At Kreante, a mockup of your product is ready in 48 hours, to validate the journey before writing a single line of code.

What we deliver

An AI MVP ready to welcome your first customers from day one

  1. 01

The journey that matters, and nothing else

We help you sort through your ideas to keep only the journey that proves your product’s value. The rest will wait for the next version. It is often the hardest decision to make, and we won’t hesitate to challenge you on it, kindly.

    • A hypothesis to test and a success metric set from the start, for example the number of users who come back after a week, the number of customers ready to pay or the time a team saves
    • Features sorted into must-haves and later versions
    • A mockup approved before development

In practice, what often waits for the next version: a very complete back office, multiple languages, secondary automations, or a mobile app when a web version is enough to test the idea.

  2. 02

The invisible foundations, built from the first version

A demo can work perfectly well without them. Your first customers, however, won’t be able to do without them.

    • User accounts, access rights and secure passwords
    • Online payment, if your model calls for it
    • Backups and controlled releases
    • Application monitoring and error alerts, to fix issues before your customers notice
    • Usage analytics, to know what your users really do
  3. 03

An AI component tested on real cases

When your product relies on AI, we check its answers on a series of concrete cases, including the trickiest ones, before putting it in your customers’ hands.

    • Choice of AI model based on the expected quality and the running cost
    • Estimate of the AI cost per person, to build your business model
    • Guardrails for when the AI doesn’t know the answer
  4. 04

    Code that belongs to you

If your MVP finds its audience, it will become the foundation of your product. So we write standard code, hosted in your own GitHub repository from day one, that any technical team can take over and evolve.

On delivery, you also receive the project documentation, access to the hosting and an onboarding to the administration, so you stay autonomous day to day.

On your own or with help

Building your MVP alone with AI, or with an agency?

With Lovable, Bolt or Cursor, a first version can come to life in a few hours. To present an idea to your colleagues, that is often enough. We use these AI tools every day ourselves.

But as soon as real customers arrive, with their data, their payments and their requirements, your product has to offer other guarantees. That is where our senior developers’ experience makes all the difference.

Security

Launch fast without leaving the door open to attackers

Applications generated quickly with AI and then put online without review can hide well-known flaws: access keys visible in the code, one user’s data viewable by another, no limit on login attempts. And attackers use AI too, to spot these mistakes faster. However minimal an MVP may be, it already holds real data, that of your first customers or your employees.

At Kreante, every MVP is reviewed by our senior developers before it goes live:

  • Access rights checked

  • Technical keys and passwords kept out of the code

  • Data hosted according to its sensitivity, in Europe when necessary

  • If your product talks with its users through AI, clear disclosure that they are interacting with an AI, as required by the European regulation since August 2, 2026[1]

Why Kreante

Why entrust the development of your AI MVP to Kreante?

#01

A team that has been building with AI for more than two years

From the first platforms such as Bubble, WeWeb or Xano to Cursor, Codex and Claude Code today, we have followed every step in AI’s evolution. So we know precisely where it saves time, and where a senior developer must stay in control.

#02

Products that won people over beyond their first version

Meetern, SmartCab, Laboratoria, Class2Class and Kaudal had their application built with Kreante, and these products helped them raise funds.

#03

A budget approved before we start

The scope and budget of your MVP are set together, in writing, after the mockup. You know exactly what you will get, and for how much.

#04

A partner for what comes next

A successful MVP is only a beginning. We then help you grow your product, version after version, with constant attention to what it brings you. Several of our clients have been working with us since their very first version.

#05

A product eye as much as a technical one

We take the time to understand your business and your customers before talking tech. And we sometimes advise you against an AI feature, when a simpler solution does the job just as well.

What we built In 3 months, Kreante delivered all three platforms at once. The mobile app lets you find pickup games within a 10-mile radius, rate players to compete at the right level, track your progress, and meet up to watch games together. Two tiers: a free version and a premium subscription at $39.99/season — proof that the community is willing to pay to play better. For this kind of project, visual identity isn't just a detail — it's what creates the sense of belonging from the very first open. The entire branding was conceived and built by Kreante. The landing page was built to convert: a strong visual world, a clear message, one goal — trigger the download. The e-commerce store pushed the logic even further: unapologetic street style, rooted in DC culture, to rep your colors beyond the court. Launched at a Virginia tournament, HoopSquad is now live across 13 regions in the United States — on the App Store and Google Play.

Across all three: integrated messaging and a matching algorithm that replaces manual introductions. The platform is multilingual, French and English at launch, Dutch on the way. A V1 delivered in 6 months, a V2 launched in March 2026 with extended language support. Today, 50 to 100 active users every day. And a team that no longer runs events, but a platform.

In Switzerland as across the world, independent cab drivers face the same reality: ride-hailing platforms that set the rates, impose the rules, and own the client relationship. Olivier Fouvy wanted…

Stack

Flutterflow, Firebase, Supabase

SmartCab is built on a radical premise: for the end customer, nothing changes. No new app to download, no account to create, no interface to learn. They send a WhatsApp message to their driver, just as they always have. Behind that message, an entire machine kicks into gear: an AI engine processes the request, calculates the route, confirms the booking, and triggers invoicing — automatically. Everything an app does. Without the app. They send a WhatsApp message. The rest happens without them. For drivers, it means freedom regained: customizable pricing, a client relationship that belongs to them, no algorithm to appease to stay visible. For fleet operators, a dispatch module handles ride assignments and real-time driver tracking. Three subscription tiers: Lite, Pro, Premium — built for every profile. What SmartCab proves is that real sophistication doesn't announce itself. It's felt — in a booking that requires zero effort, in a relationship of trust that no one gets to monetize. Available on iOS and Android.

Your question isn’t here?

Book your free assessment and bring it along.

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product. It is the first version of a product, reduced to the essentials but genuinely usable, that you put in the hands of real users to check that it meets a need. An MVP is therefore not a mockup: it works, handles real data and serves as the foundation for the next versions.

Lovable, Cursor, V0, Bolt, Stitch, Base44: Which AI Tool Should You Choose for Your Frontend in 2026?

In 18 months, 6 serious tools have emerged for building interfaces with AI. They don't do the same thing. Lovable and Base44 build complete apps without code. Cursor is built for developers. V0 generates clean React components, no backend. Bolt is for quick testing. Stitch (Google, March 2026) designs interfaces and exports code. At Kreante, we use Lovable to convince clients before they even sign a contract.
