The opportunity

Could your expertise become the software for your whole industry?

Do these situations sound familiar?

  • Off-the-shelf software your whole industry uses for lack of anything better, each company adding its own spreadsheets to fill the gaps

  • Expertise sold as consulting days, when much of it could fit into software available at any time

  • A prototype built with an AI tool that your first customers like, but that nobody dares open up to more users

  • Every new customer asking for their own version of the software, with their settings and their exceptions

  • Subscriptions tracked in a spreadsheet, with one tab per customer and a colour code only you understand

The ground is fertile: more than half of European companies with 10 or more employees already pay for cloud services, and two out of three among those with 50 to 249 employees[1]. Your future customers are used to subscribing to software. In return, they expect a reliable, secure service that is easy to pick up from the very first login.

SaaS, the way we build it at Kreante

Who is it for?
SMBs and mid-sized companies with 15 to 200 employees that want to create a new source of recurring revenue from their expertise, and entrepreneurs launching software for other businesses.
When should you choose SaaS?
When the same software has to serve several client companies, each with its own users and data, in exchange for a subscription. If the tool is meant only for your own teams, a custom web app will be simpler and cheaper, and we will tell you so during the assessment.
What result?
Software ready to welcome your customers, collect their subscriptions and grow with them, with code you wholly own.
What we build

A SaaS ready to welcome, bill and retain your customers

  1. Fully separated customer areas

Each client company has its own area, with its users, settings and data, without ever seeing anyone else’s.

    • Data isolation between customers, checked at every release
    • Roles and rights managed by each customer for their own teams
    • Per-customer customisation, without multiplying versions of the software

Reference: Motives Solutions, a bilingual SaaS platform that measures team motivation through three anonymous questions

  2. Automated subscriptions and billing

Your software collects payments, invoices and sends reminders without any action on your part, with the pricing model suited to your market.

    • Monthly or annual subscription, free trial, usage-based payment
    • Invoices and reminders sent automatically
    • Customers change plans on their own

Reference: TheFlow, a ticketing platform for event organisers in the European tango scene, whose revenue now follows the tickets sold

  3. Onboarding without training

A new customer must grasp the value of your software from their first login, without waiting for an onboarding call.

    • Sign-up, colleague invitations and guided setup
    • Built-in help and welcome messages at the right moment
    • Import of your customers’ existing data

Reference: Meetern, a platform that welcomes students, companies and schools in three separate areas

  4. A back office to run your software business

You track your customers, their use of the software and your revenue, and can act before a customer cancels.

    • Recurring revenue, new subscribers and cancellations
    • Usage by customer and by feature
    • Support and account management from a single interface

Reference: CartelOne, a platform designed for AutoCartel’s teams, which the company plans to offer to other players in its industry

Where you start

From a simple idea to an already-tested prototype, we build your SaaS with you

You have an idea for software

We help you validate the need, define the pricing model and build a first version that your pilot customers can test quickly.

Your internal tool interests other companies

We turn it into a product: an area per customer, subscriptions, an onboarding journey for new users. Your expertise becomes a source of revenue and an asset that adds value to your company.

Your prototype becomes a real product

You built a first version with an AI tool, and your first customers are there. We audit the code, fix the flaws and rebuild what needs to be rebuilt to welcome more users safely.

Our method

Speed up your SaaS launch, stay in control of how it evolves

After launch, your software keeps moving at the pace of your customers and their new requests. To keep up without compromising on quality, our AI agents develop and our senior developers steer every step, a method we have been applying for more than two years. The agents let you start sooner and ship more often. Our developers make sure your SaaS stays solid and easy to evolve, from the first customer to the hundredth.

  • Multi-tenant architecture defined from the start by our senior developers
  • Features, tests and documentation produced by our AI agents
  • Every new version tested before deployment, with no downtime for your customers
  • Code reviewed, approved and hosted in your own GitHub repository from day one

Our first SaaS products were built with platforms like Bubble, WeWeb, Xano or Lovable. Today, our teams work mainly with Cursor, Codex and Claude Code, and produce standard code that any technical team can take over.

Security

Protected data, reassured customers, contracts signed with more peace of mind

Your customers entrust you with their most precious asset: their data. In a SaaS, every company shares the same software, and a single mistake in the access rules is enough for one customer to view another’s data, sometimes simply by changing a number in the page address. This flaw is one of the most common in software generated quickly with AI and then put online without review, and hackers, also equipped with AI tools, know how to spot it. For a software vendor, it is never just a technical incident: the trust of all its customers is at stake.

Done well, security becomes a selling point instead. Before signing, more and more companies ask their software suppliers to fill in a security questionnaire. With Kreante, you turn this step into an edge over your competitors:

  • Data isolation between customers enforced right down to the database

  • Encryption of data and exchanges

  • Strong authentication and single sign-on for large accounts

  • Log of access and sensitive actions

  • Regular backups and tested restores

  • Personal data protection built in from the design stage

Featured case study

TheFlow, or how a piece of software found its business model

All over Europe, tango event organisers handled registrations, payments and confirmations by hand, by bank transfer and email, one participant at a time. Generic tools ignored the specifics of their discipline, such as registering as a couple or balancing the roles. As for the existing platform, it relied on a subscription that organisers found too expensive before they had seen any results.

We supported its founder in two phases: first the organisers’ dashboard, the registration forms and the automatic emails, then a complete ticketing system with online payment, automatic invoicing and QR-code entry control. The business model evolved along with the product: TheFlow now earns its revenue from the tickets sold, which removes the organisers’ main obstacle when signing up.

Why Kreante

Why trust Kreante to develop your SaaS?

#01

An outside view of your business model

Prices, plans, trial period: we challenge your model with you, because good software that is badly sold struggles to find customers. For TheFlow, this thinking changed how the whole platform makes money.

#02

Your first customers at the controls quickly

A mockup in 48 hours, then a first version in the hands of your pilot customers. Their feedback guides what comes next, before the budget is committed to features nobody uses.

#03

An architecture ready for your hundredth customer

Data isolation, billing and rights management are designed in from the first version. Your software welcomes new customers without having to be rebuilt.

#04

An asset that adds value to your company

The code, the designs and the hosting and payment accounts belong to you. When raising funds or selling the business, you present documented software whose every element you control.

#05

A team that stays after launch

A dedicated project manager, in your time zone, follows your SaaS’s development month after month, at the pace of your customers.

What we built In 3 months, Kreante delivered all three platforms at once. The mobile app lets you find pickup games within a 10-mile radius, rate players to compete at the right level, track your progress, and meet up to watch games together. Two tiers: a free version and a premium subscription at $39.99/season — proof that the community is willing to pay to play better. For this kind of project, visual identity isn't just a detail — it's what creates the sense of belonging from the very first open. The entire branding was conceived and built by Kreante. The landing page was built to convert: a strong visual world, a clear message, one goal — trigger the download. The e-commerce store pushed the logic even further: unapologetic street style, rooted in DC culture, to rep your colors beyond the court. Launched at a Virginia tournament, HoopSquad is now live across 13 regions in the United States — on the App Store and Google Play.

A V1 delivered in 6 months, a V2 launched in March 2026 with extended language support. Today, 50 to 100 active users every day. And a team that no longer runs events, but a platform.

In Switzerland as across the world, independent cab drivers face the same reality: ride-hailing platforms that set the rates, impose the rules, and own the client relationship. Olivier Fouvy wanted…

Stack

Flutterflow, Firebase, Supabase

SmartCab is built on a radical premise: for the end customer, nothing changes. No new app to download, no account to create, no interface to learn. They send a WhatsApp message to their driver, just as they always have. Behind that message, an entire machine kicks into gear: an AI engine processes the request, calculates the route, confirms the booking, and triggers invoicing — automatically. Everything an app does. Without the app. They send a WhatsApp message. The rest happens without them. For drivers, it means freedom regained: customizable pricing, a client relationship that belongs to them, no algorithm to appease to stay visible. For fleet operators, a dispatch module handles ride assignments and real-time driver tracking. Three subscription tiers: Lite, Pro, Premium — built for every profile. What SmartCab proves is that real sophistication doesn't announce itself. It's felt — in a booking that requires zero effort, in a relationship of trust that no one gets to monetize. Available on iOS and Android.

Your question not covered here?

SaaS (Software as a Service) is software accessed online, with nothing to install, that customers use in exchange for a subscription. The vendor hosts and updates a single version of the software for all its customers. Each client company has its own area, with its users and data: this is called a multi-tenant architecture.
